Payment Accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express; orders pre-paid by check will ship after the check clears the bank.
Wholesale Customers: Customers wishing a Wholesale Account must register on the Wholesale Login.
Returns: Merchandise may be returned for
credit or exchange at customer’s expense. Credits or exchanges will
be issued on resalable merchandise upon return inspection.
Damages: Notify
Tessuta of receipt of damaged merchandise within 3 days of receipt. A
Call Tag will be issued. Credit or exchange will be given upon receipt
of goods.
Shipping Policy: Customers may chose the ground or express shipping method of choice and
at their expense at check out. Orders generally ship within 48 hours
of receipt. Ground shipments within the United States average 5.5% of the pre-tax
dollar amount of an order. Rush orders placed by 1 PM EST ship the same day unless customer notified.
Privacy Policy: Customer
privacy is respected. Any and all information collected on this site
is strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third
parties or reused without your permission. Any
information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used
in ways that you have not consented to.
Stock Status: All items that appear on our website are in stock. Tessuta will contact customer
if an item is temporarily out of stock.
